The Hellenic Bank Association announces that bank branches’ operation continues smoothly. It is stressed that all banking sector activities continue normally, including the banknotes supply of ATMs.
However, within the context of preventive measures, the public is encouraged to limit physical transactions, as well as the use of cash, and to select one of many other transaction means the technology offers, in particular contactless transactions by using debit and credit cards.
For those who choose, despite the above recommendation, to visit a branch during working hours, it should be noted that there will be adjustments to the prevailing conditions, especially in the service flow, in order to preserve the health and safety of the public as well as of the bank branch employees.
